1st December 2007 Windsurfing: Felixstowe - Fludyers Wind Direction: SW Wind Stength: Surf / Sea State: bit of chop, but OK Air Temperature: 9 Sea Temperature: 11 Weather: sunny Max Speed: 24.5 (knots - unless stated otherwise) Distance Covered: 24.5 (Nautical Miles - unless stated otherwise) Tried a 145l with 7m, but that was too much so changed down to 6m on 107l and had a lovely sail. It was great 6m weather and the sea was a lttile choppy but nice. I feared the cold a bit so was not confident enough on gybes and fell in a bit, but it was not cold really. But when I concentrated I had some really nice rides in and out, with some gybes coming off OK! Two other out and no kiters., even though it was a lovely sunny day. Would have been 5 stars if summer. |
